服務條款
1. StoaTalk 是什麼
StoaTalk（stoatalk.app）是免註冊的線上討論室。任何人都可以開一個聊天室，把 4 碼或連結分享給其他人一起討論。聊天室結束後內容會刪除。使用本服務即表示你同意這份條款。
2. 誰可以使用
你必須年滿 13 歲，或達到你所在地區使用線上服務的法定年齡。未成年人請在家長或監護人同意下使用。
3. 你不能做的事
- 騷擾、霸凌、威脅或恐嚇他人，或散布仇恨言論。
- 張貼色情內容，或任何涉及未成年人的性內容。
- 詐騙、冒充他人、散布惡意程式或釣魚連結。
- 大量發送垃圾訊息或廣告，或用程式自動灌訊息。
- 侵害他人的著作權、商標、隱私或其他權利。
- 任何違反你所在地或台灣法律的行為。
4. 內容與責任
你對自己傳送的文字、照片、投票和其他內容負責。我們不會事先審查內容。房主和副房主可以移除聊天室裡的訊息和成員，每位使用者也可以在自己的裝置上封鎖別人，或把訊息檢舉給房主。
私人沙龍和私訊有端對端加密，我們無法讀取內容。公開議廊的內容以一般方式存在伺服器上。
5. 檢舉違法或有害內容
聊天室裡的檢舉會先交給房主和副房主處理。如果遇到違法內容、房主不處理的情況，或任何需要我們介入的問題，請寫信到 hello@stoatalk.app，附上聊天室代碼和情況說明。我們可能會刪除聊天室，或限制違規者使用本服務；法律要求時，我們也會配合主管機關。
6. 內容什麼時候刪除
- 房主按「結束並刪除聊天室」時，所有訊息、照片和私訊立即刪除。照片的網路快取副本最多再保留 1 小時。
- 聊天室超過 24 小時沒有新訊息，會被自動刪除。
- 你匯出或存到裝置上的記錄由你自己保管，我們無法刪除，也不負責。
7. 服務現況與責任限制
本服務依現狀提供，可能因維護、網路或第三方服務的問題而中斷。聊天室內容本來就是暫時的，請不要用 StoaTalk 保存重要資料。在法律允許的範圍內，我們不對使用本服務造成的間接損失負責。
8. 條款的變更
我們可能會更新這份條款，更新後會修改本頁上方的日期。重大變更會在網站上提醒。
隱私權政策
1. 我們不需要知道你是誰
StoaTalk 不需要註冊，不會要求你的姓名、電話或 Email。你在聊天室裡只用自己取的暱稱和動物頭像。
2. 伺服器上存了什麼
- 一組匿名的帳號 ID，由 Google Firebase 的匿名登入產生，用來辨認同一台裝置。
- 你在聊天室裡的暱稱、頭像、加入時間、是否在線上，以及正在輸入的短暫狀態。
- 你傳的訊息、照片、投票、抽籤和表情回應。照片在上傳前會在你的裝置上壓縮，並移除拍攝地點等 EXIF 資料。
- 檢舉紀錄：被檢舉的訊息、原因和檢舉人的匿名 ID（房主和副房主看不到是誰檢舉的）。
- 講座提問：問題內容、按讚的人，以及你選擇具名時的暱稱。提問者的匿名 ID 另外存放，只有提問者自己讀得到，房主和副房主也看不到匿名提問是誰問的。
私人沙龍的名稱、暱稱、訊息和照片，以及所有私訊，都在你的裝置上加密後才上傳，伺服器只存密文，我們無法讀取。
3. 存多久
聊天室結束或閒置 24 小時後，伺服器上的內容會全部刪除，包含檢舉紀錄和提問。你刪除自己的訊息時也會立刻刪除。
使用統計
為了了解服務的使用情形，我們會記錄每天的總數，例如開了幾間聊天室、送出幾則訊息、提了幾個問題。這些只是每日加總的數字，不包含任何內容、暱稱、帳號 ID 或聊天室代碼，也無法對應到任何人。
4. 存在你裝置上的資料
瀏覽器的本機儲存空間會保存：你的暱稱和頭像、你在的聊天室清單、私人沙龍的金鑰、私訊用的金鑰、讀到哪裡、你封鎖的人、語言和外觀設定，以及你存下來的聊天記錄。這些資料不會上傳，清除瀏覽器資料就會刪除。
5. 我們使用的第三方服務
- Google Firebase：資料庫和匿名登入。
- Cloudflare：網站由 Cloudflare Pages 託管，照片存放在 Cloudflare R2，並透過 Cloudflare 的網路傳送；網域和電子郵件轉寄也由 Cloudflare 處理。Cloudflare 可能會留下一般的連線紀錄（例如 IP 位址）。私人沙龍的照片在 Cloudflare 上只是密文。
- KLIPY：只有在你搜尋 GIF 時，搜尋字和你的連線資訊才會傳給 KLIPY。
我們沒有使用廣告追蹤或分析 Cookie，也不會販售任何資料。
6. 你可以做的事
你可以隨時刪除自己的訊息、離開聊天室，或清除瀏覽器資料。如果有任何關於個人資料的請求，請寫信給我們。

Terms of service
1. What StoaTalk is
StoaTalk (stoatalk.app) is an online discussion room that needs no sign-up. Anyone can open a room and share its 4-character code or link with others. When a room ends, its content is deleted. By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 13, or the minimum age for online services where you live. Minors should use it with a parent's or guardian's consent.
3. What you may not do
- Harass, bully, threaten or intimidate others, or spread hate speech.
- Post pornography, or any sexual content involving minors.
- Scam, impersonate others, or spread malware or phishing links.
- Send spam or advertising in bulk, or flood rooms with automated messages.
- Infringe others' copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights.
- Break the law where you live or the law of Taiwan.
4. Content and responsibility
You are responsible for the text, photos, polls and other content you send. We don't review content in advance. A room's owner and co-hosts can remove messages and people, everyone can block others on their own device, and anyone can report a message to the owner.
Private Salons and private messages are end-to-end encrypted, so we can't read them. Content in Open Stoa rooms is stored on the server in the ordinary way.
5. Reporting illegal or harmful content
Reports made in a room go to its owner and co-hosts first. For illegal content, an owner who doesn't act, or anything else that needs us, write to hello@stoatalk.app with the room code and what happened. We may delete the room or restrict whoever broke these terms, and we cooperate with the authorities where the law requires it.
6. When content is deleted
- When the owner ends the room, every message, photo and private message is deleted at once. Cached copies of photos on the network may last up to one more hour.
- A room with no new message for 24 hours is deleted automatically.
- Records you export or save on your device are yours to keep; we can't delete them and aren't responsible for them.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided as is and may be interrupted by maintenance, network problems or third-party services. Rooms are temporary by design, so don't rely on StoaTalk to keep anything important. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
Privacy policy
1. We don't need to know who you are
StoaTalk has no sign-up and never asks for your name, phone number or email. In a room you're only the nickname and animal you pick.
2. What the server stores
- An anonymous account ID from Google Firebase's anonymous sign-in, which recognizes the same device.
- Your nickname and avatar in each room, when you joined, whether you're online, and a short-lived "typing" status.
- The messages, photos, polls, draws and reactions you send. Photos are compressed on your device before upload, which also removes EXIF data such as where they were taken.
- Reports: the reported message, the reason and the reporter's anonymous ID (owners and co-hosts can't see who reported).
- Lecture questions: the question, who upvoted it, and your nickname if you chose to ask by name. The asker's anonymous ID is kept apart where only the asker can read it, so not even the owner or co-hosts can see who asked an anonymous question.
In a Private Salon the room name, nicknames, messages and photos, and every private message anywhere, are encrypted on your device before upload. The server only holds ciphertext, and we can't read it.
3. How long it's kept
When a room ends or has been idle for 24 hours, everything about it is deleted from the server, reports and questions included. A message you delete is deleted at once.
Usage statistics
To understand how the service is used, we count daily totals, such as how many rooms were opened, messages sent and questions asked. These are only numbers added up per day. They hold no content, nicknames, account IDs or room codes, and can't be traced to anyone.
4. What stays on your device
Your browser's local storage keeps your nickname and avatar, the rooms you're in, Private Salon keys, your private-message key, where you stopped reading, who you've blocked, your language and appearance settings, and records you saved. None of this is uploaded, and clearing your browser data deletes it.
5. Third-party services
- Google Firebase: the database and anonymous sign-in.
- Cloudflare: hosts the site on Cloudflare Pages, stores photos in Cloudflare R2 and delivers them over its network, and handles the domain and email forwarding. It may keep ordinary access logs, such as IP addresses. Private Salon photos are only ciphertext there.
- KLIPY: only when you search for a GIF are your search words and connection details sent to KLIPY.
We use no advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we never sell any data.
6. Your choices
You can delete your messages, leave a room, or clear your browser data at any time. For any request about personal data, write to us.
